Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information Enterpresent collects through this website, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and your rights.
Who we are
Enterpresent is the trading name of Rahool Bhatt, a brand strategy consultant based in the United Kingdom. For anything to do with your personal information, email rahool@enterpresent.com.
What we collect, and why
When you send a brief through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, website (if you give it), how you would like to work with us and what you write. We use it only to reply to you and discuss your brief. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
When you ask for a second opinion, we collect your name, email address, company, role, your message, any link you share and any files you upload. When you accept the Mutual NDA we also record the date and time, your IP address, your browser's user agent, and which version of the NDA you accepted. We use this to provide the review and to keep a record of the agreement. Our lawful bases are performing the agreement with you, and our legitimate interest in being able to show what was agreed.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies, to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited and how people arrive. It does not tell us who you are.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers, who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Vercel — hosts the website and runs the forms.
- Microsoft (Outlook / Microsoft 365) — our email, where enquiries and second-opinion requests are received and answered.
- Resend — delivers the emails the website sends, such as form notifications and your copy of the NDA.
- Google (Google Workspace) — files uploaded for a second opinion are stored privately in Google Drive.
- Cloudflare — provides a spam check on our forms (Turnstile).
- Google Analytics — website analytics.
- YouTube — videos on the site are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play.
Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by recognised safeguards, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: for as long as we are discussing your brief, and for 2 years after our last contact, unless we go on to work together.
- Files uploaded for a second opinion: until the review is complete, or sooner if you ask us to delete them, and no longer than 12 months.
- NDA acceptance records: for 6 years after acceptance, so that we can show what was agreed if a question ever arises.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months, under Google Analytics' retention settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it to you or someone else. To use any of these rights, email rahool@enterpresent.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
